FIRST LOOK at Flavors of Florida 2025 in Disney World

We love Disney Springs on any day of the week, any month of the year, but it holds a special place in our hearts when there are unique, limited-time offerings to try!

Disney Springs

If you feel the same way, then we’ve got fantastic news — Flavors of Florida is BACK again this year, and there are over 90 different limited-time menu items available at 45+ restaurants. We’re getting a first look at some of them — come along with us!

This year, Flavors of Florida takes place from June 27th to August 10th, 2025, and while that may sound like plenty of time to try everything you’d like to, time moves quickly!

We recommend picking up an event guide from the Disney Springs Welcome Center to help you make a list of what you want to try the most — that way, you don’t miss out on any of your top items. Pro tip: make sure to use Mobile Order at the places that offer it — it’ll save you tons of time!

To start off the day, Everglazed gave us a donut to kick things off! The Strawberry Jelly Donut was delicious and a great way to start our day. It was filled with fresh strawberries in a filling that wasn’t too watery, and the donut itself was so fluffy and soft. It’s summer in a donut, for sure!

We got to try multiple items exclusive to this summer event today. One of our first stops was Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante, where we got to try the Sangria and Bruschetta.

So much to try at Maria & Enzo’s!

The Southeastern Sangria was a deep red with deep flavors. It was bitter and very strong, so keep that in mind!

Sangria

As for the Buschetta Calabrese, this was basically the middle of mozzarella with a sausage spread. The bread was grilled, and this was SPICY, although it was drizzled with local honey. That spice lingers too, so beware!

We also got a chance to stop by Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ and try out their special offerings.

The Tupelo Chicken and Biscuits we tried here were the best we’ve ever had! They were sweet and savory with honey that tasted VERY expensive. We couldn’t get enough!

To drink, we grabbed The Honey Bee, which was lemony and sweet with a strong alcohol taste. It was smooth, but the aftertaste was strong, and the chunk of honeycomb in there was INCREDIBLE.

Then we headed over to Jock Lindsay’s Hangar Bar to try the Frita Cubana Dog from B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co. It came with shrimp fritters on the side, which was a welcome treat!

There’s a WHOLE shrimp inside of these shrimp balls, and the sauce it comes with is creamy and spicy, but not overwhelmingly so. It almost reminded us of a mix of mayo and ketchup. As for the sandwich, it came on toasted bread, and the sausage itself was cut in half like a hot dog sometimes is. It was meaty, and the onions on top added a great crisp — consider us fans!

Yum!

Then it was over to Terralina Crafted Italian! To drink, we tried the Terralina Sunburst, which was TONS of mango and orange. It was sort of like a slushy texture and was a good mix of sweet with sour notes.

The Florida Shrimp and Grits was a big, beautiful serving of fresh Florida shrimp. It was juicy, thick, and a little sweet. The grits are also very thick, and the sauce is where that flavor comes into play.

The Pizza Alla Vodka was fantastic and more on the simple side, which we adored. The burrata was incredible, and we think this was an easily elevated cheese pizza. Everything was local — even the cheese — and we think this is a great option for the pickier eaters out there who still want to take part in something exclusive for the event.

But that’s not all you can experience at Flavors of Florida! You can also check out the complimentary Discover the Springs Seek and Find activity near The Polite Pig (and if you complete and return it, you get a special surprise).

And we can’t forget about the FREE Culinary Series hosted by Kroger, and the bookable Pairing Events happening as well. There’s so much to explore during this event — if you’re visiting during this time, you’ll really want to make sure you’re not missing out. Our first one we got to visit today was at Frontera Cocina!

Here we got to try the Florida Groves Margarita, which tasted mostly like orange juice to us. It was very acidic and bright, and the tequila inside it wasn’t very strong.

To eat, we got to try the Coctél de Camarones, which was VERY spicy. The bits of shrimp inside it were big and juicy, and we loved the chunks of avocado and cucumber. Mix around the sauce in the bottom with everything, and you’ve got a delicious dip if you’re a fan of spicy eats.
